Russia has broadened its maritime goals as it holds its annual Navy Day parade.
On Russia’s Naval day, Vladimir Putin, the Russian President has signed a new naval doctrine that terms the United States as Russia’s sole threat.
Putin further enumerated Russia’s global maritime dreams in some areas, such as the Black sea and arctic.
The Russian president further sounded his warning horn on how Russia stands the chance militarily to defeat any potential aggression from any country.
