OJO AWARDS HON. OBASA, DESCRIBES HIM AS A SELFLESS LEADER
The Youths and residents of Ilogbo-Elegba community under Ojo Federal Constituency, have described Honourable Tajudeen Obasa, representing Ojo Federal Constituency at Green Chamber as the man of absolute integrity.
While awarding the Honourable, the Youth President of the community, Comrade Tijani Akeem, described him as a selfless Leader who has his people at heart.
Comrade Akeem disclosed this on Thursday 8, 2021, as Hon. Obasa unveiled borehole and electricity projects across various communities in Ojo Federal Constituency.
While describing the projects as an act of service to people, Akeem noted that “the youth are very pleased with you and we’ve been looking for the best avenue to present this award of excellence to you directly, we are glad it’s a reality today”.
“We want you to please, do more for us at Ilogbo-Elegba, many of us, our parents have struggled to see us through tertiary education but unfortunately, ww are still hopeful for a good employment opportunity, so, kindly do more in this regard and we hope to see more of these infrastructural developments across our local government, especially, here in Ilogbo-Elegba” he added.
Pdp in Ojo Federal Constituency Lagos trooped out en mass to receive the Honourable at the three days program targeted at Commissioning of Projects, Town Hall Meeting with Stakeholders and Community Empowerment.
In his response, Hon. Tajudeen Adekunle Obasa described the gesture as a noble surprise as he promised to keep his mandate while reassuring his Constituency of his determination to prioritize their welfare and protect their interest.
“I am your errand boy, you picked interest in me, you sent me to represent you at the Green Chamber and I have come to say thank you for your trust” he added.
