The Presiding Judge at the Federal High Court, Justice Isa Hamma Dashen, gave the judgement this day Friday 27th, 2022.
It was ruled at the Federal High Court, Yenagoa that President Goodluck Jonathan, the immediate former president’s eligibility to contest in 2023 presidential election remains constitutionally legal and any move by the president to contest cannot be halted under any circumstance.
It is however still unclear what the president’s intentions are about contesting and which political platform he wishes to use to relaunch himself into the contest.
