The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has recovered some luxury items, including a Range Rover vehicle, $4,100 and N2m cash from a suspected internet fraudster in Abuja.
A statement on Thursday via X said that the suspected fraudster was arrested on November 27, 2024, at No. 25 Aliyu Modibbo Street, Guzape Hills after an impeccable intelligence on his alleged fraudulent escapades.
“Items recovered from him include a Range Rover Velar 2019 model, $4,100, N2m cash, one AP silver wristwatch, two mobile phones and one laptop,” the statement said.
The Commission disclosed that the suspect would face charges in court after investigations.
