Breaking: Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyers are accomplices – FG

The Nigeria federal government has wrapped Kanu’s lawyers with fresh allegation of being in regular touch with Kanu after he fled the country having jumped the bail

In April 8, Justice Binta Nyako struck out 15-count treasonable felony charged against Kanu by the federal government.

According to justice Nyako, those charges were slight repetitions that did not reveal any offence that could be held by the proof of evidence before the court.

In the counts that were struck out, the federal government had alleged that Kanu incited members of the public to stage violent revolution, attack police officers and vandalise public facilities in Lagos State.

Meanwhile, Justice Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja has on Wednesday 18th denied Nnamdi Kanu of bail application as the federal government filed a six-count amended charge him.
