Former governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has been ordered remanded in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Justice Maryanne Anenih of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja, who gave the order on Wednesday, also adjourned till December 10, 2024, to rule on his bail application.
Earlier, Bello and co-defendants had pleaded not guilty in the alleged N110bn fraud for which he is facing trial.
He and two others, Shuaibu Oricha and Abdulsalam Hudu, are facing a 16- count charge brought against them by the EFCC.
