Inter-house sport activities is undoubtedly one of the most forward looking activities in both primary and secondary schools as obtainable in the ages past to the current generation.
The Sacred C&S Shiloh Primary School Annual Inter-house sport competition took place on December 9th in Gbadamosi street, Agege, Lagos state with distinctive patrons representing the house colors; The green, blue, yellow, red, pink and purple respectively and dispensation of medals, Mercy Alexander supporting Green house.
In her bit to keep supporting education true sponsors and donations, Alexander Mercy Foundation, the proud owner of the Green house, also known as MERCY HOUSE, emerged first position in the 2021 inter-house sport activities at Shiloh Primary School.
Speaking at the event, the Founder of the NGO who is also the MD CEO of D’Gallery TV, Mercy Alexander, appreciated the school management for sustaining the dignity of education and training the children for future challenges.
Mercy Alexander, who is also known as THE LADY JAGABAN, further reiterated her NGO commitment to the growth of the school while targeting the academic development of the students beyond her house, Green House.
The school management, Mrs. Osanyintola M.A while giving her opening speech noted that the essence of the event was to showcase and celebrate God’s talent among the pupils.
Mrs Osanyintola also took time to appreciate the guests present.
The Secretary of Agege NUT, Comrade Gbadamosi also spoke highly of the event and urges the people to take the event as the grassroots and also encourages the school management not to relent instead to have it i continuity.
There were lots of activities at the event ranging from relay race, match pass, 75 metre race, 100 metre, ball and spoon competition, fill in the basket, big slippers, sack competition, dancing competition among others.
