Gunmen attacked the Arum Inyi Police Station in Oji-River Local Government Area of Enugu State, killing at least two people and setting the office on fire.
D’Gallerytv has learned that the criminals were in possession of weapons and ammunition in the horrific incident that happened in the early hours of Sunday morning. As they stormed the office, the gunmen shouted “No elections, Biafra police”.

In a viral video, a building used as a police station was seen on fire and the bodies of two young men were found lying near the station’s compound. Some people in the background of the video can be heard describing the two victims as police officers, but another person said they could only identify one of them as the officer connected to the station. .
Although law enforcement officials have not yet confirmed the incident, a local resident said the attack happened on Sunday. Attempts to contact the Public Relations Officer, Daniel Ndukwe at the time of writing this report were unsuccessful.
