Michael Bamidele, the lawmaker who represents Ekiti Central Senatorial District said that he would not abuse the decision of the All Progressive Congress in Ekiti State by giving him uncontested passage back to the Senate through an unopposed ticket.
According to his media office yesterday, Bamidele vowed to give it all it would take to guaranteed the victory of the party at the forthcoming governorship election in June 18, in the state.
Bamidele Michael, the present Chairman of Southern Senators Forum of the ninth Assembly was screened by the party’s Senatorial Screening Panel in Abuja on Sunday.
According to his words, ” I do not take it for granted that I am being returned unopposed as the candidate of our party in the 2023 Ekiti Central Senatorial elections. It means so much to me. I am grateful to the leadership of APC in Ekiti State.”
