Rep. Buba mourns the District Head of Garkida over Death
Member representing Gombi/ Hong Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives,Rt. Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub,has described the death of the District Head of Garkida in Gombi Local Government Area of Adamawa State,Alhaji Saidu Itahari Tarfa,as a great loss to the people of his Constituency,Adamawa State and the nation at large.
While mourning the death of the traditional ruler ,who passed on yesterday at the age of 78,the Gombi/ Hong Rep said the nation has lost a repository of Nigerian history and custodian of culture and tradition of the Adamawa people.
The lawmaker condoled with the immediate family of the diseaced,the people of Garkida,the Adamawa State Council of Traditional Rulers as well as the State Government and the nation on the passing of the District Head at a time his wise counsel was needed to steer the ship of State.
Rt. Hon. Buba prayed Almighty Allah to accept the soul and all the good deeds of the Hakimi of Garkida,forgive all of his actions arising from human frailties and grant him Aljanat Firdausi.
